What are your business hours?

Neon Adventure park Softplay is OPEN Mondays to Sundays from 9:30am to 5:30am.
What age group is the softplay area suitable for?

Our softplay is is suitable for children from 0 to 10 years old. We've got designated areas for toddlers and older kids to make sure everyone plays safely and has fun.
Do I need to book in advance or can I just walk in?

We recommend booking in advance during peak seasons and busy times - especially the weekends and school holidays - to avoid disappointment. We do welcome walkins, but please note that we can't always guarantee space if we're fully booked.
Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, we have free parking onsite.
How much does it cost to book a party?

£14.95 per child and entitled to be accompanied with One (1) adult. Additional adult and siblings welcome but with extra charge on arrival.
Do parents have to pay when their child is invited to a party?

NO. One (1) Free Adult Entry per invited child. For extra adults and siblings, there will be an additional door charge.
Can I bring my own decorations for the party?

Yes, you may bring your own decorations like table cloths, balloons, decors, etc BUT, everything must be taken with you when the party is finished or when you leave the premises.
Can I bring a cake for my child's birthday party?

Yes, you can. You may light the candle, sing 'happy birthday' and slice the cake and pop them into individual party bags to be enjoyed at home. Due to possible allergies, NO CAKE may be eaten in our party room. TIP: Please bring napkins or boxes to wrap and the sliced cakes and pop in the party bags.
Does the birthday package include tables and chairs?

Yes, the party tables in our party room are all set up with plates, cups and cutlery.
How long is th durations of a party?

Each Party lasts for 2 hours in total - 80 mins of playtime followed by 40 mins in the party area for a hot food buffet and celebrations. After the party, we kindly ask guests to vacate the area promptly so we can clean and prepare for the next party. Thank you for your understanding!
Can we bring extra party food?

For Health and Safety reasons, we kindly ask that no outside food or drink is brought into the party rooms. Dont worry we've got a delicious hot food buffet prepared for the kids! If you and your guests have specific dietary needs, just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
