Neon Adventure Park – Soft Play Frame Terms and Conditions

By entering Neon Adventure Park and/or booking admission online, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms and conditions regarding use of the soft play frame and wider premises:

  1. Parental/Guardian Responsibility
    All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, welfare, and behaviour of the children in their care while using the soft play facilities.

  2. Use at Own Risk
    The soft play equipment is designed to provide a safe and fun environment; however, participation is entirely at the user’s own risk. Neon Adventure Park does not accept any responsibility or liability for injury or accidents that may occur to children or supervising adults while using the soft play frame or any part of the premises.

  3. Acknowledgement of Risk
    By booking online or paying admission to Neon Adventure Park, you are accepting these terms and conditions and confirming that you understand all play is undertaken at your own risk. You acknowledge that injuries may occur as a result of active play and agree that Neon Adventure Park cannot be held liable for such incidents.

  4. Health & Safety Compliance
    Our soft play frame has been independently inspected and certified to UK safety standards prior to opening (Certification Number: 1018AF, issued 17th June). We conduct daily safety checks and maintenance to uphold high standards; however, no liability will be accepted for incidents arising from inappropriate use, failure to supervise, or disregard for our safety rules.

  5. General Behaviour Expectations
    Rough play, aggressive behaviour, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in removal from the premises without refund.

  6. Agreement to Terms
    Entry into Neon Adventure Park and use of its facilities confirms your agreement to these terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not proceed with your booking or admission.
